In case of technical problems, follow these instructions.
- Make sure you do the following:
- Enter using a laptop or desktop with a webcam and your sound on. Do not a smartphone or tablet.
- Enter using the latest Google Chrome or Edge browser.
- Do you work in Citrix? Then email or copy the link to a laptop/desktop outside the Citrix environment.

Still no access?
- Check whether you're using a VPN. If so, turn it off and try again.
- Check if you are in a corporate IT environment. If so, leave it and try again.

Trouble with video and/or sound quality?
- Select another camera and/or microphone.
- Your Wi-Fi might be too slow. Try joining through a different network.
If you're still experiencing problems with access or with video/sound, and you're joining through a corporate internet network, ask your IT department to 'whitelist' the following:whitelist':

Instructions for IT: The TURN servers use UDP and TCP port 443. The bridges use port 10000 with UDP only.
